How is it calculated?
- Rolls that fit side by side in a box: box width ÷ edgeband width, rounded to the nearest whole number (PVC 156 mm, 1.5–2 mm PVC 90 mm, ABS 112 mm; 1 roll for edgebands 112 mm and wider).
- Roll length by thickness: 0.40–0.45 mm 300 m · 0.50 mm 250 m · 0.60 mm 200 m · 0.80 mm 150 m · 1.5–2 mm PVC 150 m / ABS 100 m · others 120 m.
- Order metres are rounded up to the next multiple of the step (rolls × roll length).
- Weight = m² × density × thickness (PVC 1.5 · ABS 1.1).
- Minimum order: 440 kg for one thickness, 660 kg for two, 880 kg for three or more. With more than one thickness, each line must be at least 200 kg.
